Just not too familiar with it to know the answers to my questions above.ĭoes the copier have Post Script (PS) installed. So guys.any thoughts on the CUPS question? I used it once in the past and it seemed to help. I've done what you've mentioned to Windows systems before and it does help. But, I will keep your idea in my back pocket in case epieenburg's recommendation doesn't pan out.Įpiepenburg, any thoughts about a script (Mac version) that might work in this case? I'm not exactly new to the Mac, but in a sense I am. Everyone has denied sending print jobs to the printer when this event occurs. Once it is returned to the network, it runs fine regardless of who prints to it.for a while. Right now, in order to get the job to stop printing, I have to remove it from the network physically and then reboot the copier as going through the copier's control panel to cancel the job doesn't seem to work. The problem I have is that this happens so randomly. Thanks so much for your quick replies! LarryG, I think that's a good idea.
